We are looking for an office manager for our Berlin team, you are responsible to take care of our office facilities and create the best work environment for the team. You will work closely with our HR team on operational tasks. You will join a team of young, diverse, fun, and motivated people.


  • Support HR team in maintaining a happy and healthy company
  • Organize meetings; prepare, document and follow up on meetings
  • Helping with planning logistics and travel
  • Undertake a variety of administrative and organizational tasks relating to the current needs within the team
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Plan in house or offsite activities, like team events, holiday celebrations and conferences


  • You have very good organizational skills and are able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • You are open minded, have great interpersonal and communication skills and are team player
  • You possess excellent MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • You have experience with administrative tasks
  • You are a native German speaker or speak German on a native level and are fluent in business English
  • You display a high degree of self-initiative and openness towards new tasks and topics
