Our recruiting team is growing across offices, we are looking for a passionate recruiter for our Berlin office. You will be responsible in building the world class security consulting team. You partner with our Hiring Managers to align on hiring requirements, you will keep on improving effective candidate selection process to provide our teams with the best talents, who match SRLabs culture and our values


  • Drive hiring process; end-to-end hiring responsibilities
  • Source, engage and manage candidate relationships; attracting talent via Linkedin outreach, job boards, university outreach and events
  • Maintain our standard of high-quality candidates by filtering for culture fit and technical skill
  • Manage and prioritize hiring across a variety of teams and hiring managers; communicate internally with project teams to gauge hiring needs
  • Represent SRLabs’ values and culture to people external to the company


  • Significant experience (3+years) as a recruiter
  • Experience with hiring for tech roles in Germany
  • Experience hiring internationally
  • Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline through sourcing
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • A passion for people, recruiting and security

Nice to have:

  • Experience with hiring for security roles/ consulting
  • Technically savvy and ability to build understanding around technical concepts; bonus for security specific knowledge
