We are looking for an Office Manager (Part time) for our Hong Kong team, you are responsible to take care of our office facilities and create the best work environment for the team. You will work closely with our operational team. You will join a team of young, diverse, fun, and motivated people.

Responsibilities

  • Organise meetings; prepare, document and follow up on meetings
  • Helping with planning logistics and travel
  • Undertake a variety of administrative and organisational tasks relating to the current needs within the team
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Plan in house or offsite activities, like team events, holiday celebrations and conferences

Requirements

  • You have very good organisational skills and are able to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
  • You are open minded, have great interpersonal and communication skills and are team player
  • You possess excellent MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • You have experience with administrative tasks
  • You have excellent communication skills in English
  • You display a high degree of self-initiative and openness towards new tasks and topics
