SRLabs is looking for an Account Executive (AE) to join our office in Hong Kong. This opportunity is for SaaS Sales professionals who want to establish and advance their career in the competitive, high-reward cyber security tech industry. You will take the lead in performing demos of the SRLabs SaaS platform Autobahn with VPs, CISOs, and other C-level executives. You will also support our current clients with sales and technical questions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new qualified sales opportunities through analysis and pitching
  • Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations with target accounts
  • Proactively build relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their business and challenges
  • Work closely with the product team to provide feedback from customers and prospects
  • Assist in pricing negotiation and contract closing
  • Provide pre-sale and set up service to customers and prospects
  • Manage current accounts and provide tech and non-tech support/solutions

Requirements

  • Exposure to B2B Sales
  • Experience providing excellent customer service and/or tech support
  • Technically savvy with a good understanding of tech concepts, bonus for cyber security knowledge
  • Ability to engage in complex conversations with prospects
  • Strong communication, analytic, and listening skills with a positive approach
  • Self-starter and hardworking individual with a track record of success and drive for achievement
  • Excellent communication skills in English
