We are looking for a Talent Success Manager to join our HongKong office. You will be responsible in building the world class security team. You partner with our Hiring Managers to align on hiring requirements, you will keep on improving effective candidate selection process to provide our teams with the best talents, who match SRLabs culture and our values. You will have the opportunity to grow in to HR topics.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive hiring process; end-to-end hiring responsibilities
  • Source, engage and manage candidate relationships; attracting talent via Linkedin outreach, job boards, university outreach and events
  • Manage and prioritize hiring across a variety of teams and hiring managers; communicate internally with project teams to gauge hiring needs
  • Represent SRLabs’ values and culture to people external to the company
  • You are responsible for HR topics such as onboarding, off boarding, performance management and annual surveys

Requirements:

  • Strong experience (2+ years) in end to end recruiting
  • Experience with hiring for technical roles
  • Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline through sourcing
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both oral and written)
  • Experience in HR topics is nice to have
