Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and organize daily scrum, sprint planning, retrospective meetings
  • Providing support to the team with a servant leadership style and leading by example
  • Coordinate with technical leads to discuss the requirements, act as point of contact
  • Ensure to increase efficiency and improve the quality of the deliverables
  • Work closely with Head of Engineering to define and manage the product backlogs
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining project documentation

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge in Agile development process and backlog management
  • 1-3 years of working experience as a Scrum Master for software development team
  • A self-starter, team player, meticulous, big-picture thinking
  • Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills
  • Experience in agile practices using Scrum, Kanban, SAF or LeSS
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Have worked on SaaS product in the past is a plus
  • Scrum Master certification is a plus
