- Drive hiring process; end-to-end tech hiring responsibilities
- Source, engage and manage candidate relationships; attracting talent via Linkedin outreach, job boards, university outreach and events
- Maintain our standard of high-quality candidates by filtering for culture fit and technical skill
- Manage and prioritize hiring across a variety of teams and hiring managers; communicate internally with project teams to gauge hiring needs
- Represent SRLabs’ values and culture to people external to the company
- A passion for people, recruiting and security
- At least 1 year experience as a recruiter; fresh graduates are welcome!
- Experience in tech hiring is a plus
- Experience hiring internationally
- Excellent verbal and written communication; excellent English
