Responsibilities

  • Drive hiring process; end-to-end tech hiring responsibilities
  • Source, engage and manage candidate relationships; attracting talent via Linkedin outreach, job boards, university outreach and events
  • Maintain our standard of high-quality candidates by filtering for culture fit and technical skill
  • Manage and prioritize hiring across a variety of teams and hiring managers; communicate internally with project teams to gauge hiring needs
  • Represent SRLabs’ values and culture to people external to the company

Key Skills

  • A passion for people, recruiting and security
  • At least 1 year experience as a recruiter; fresh graduates are welcome!
  • Experience in tech hiring is a plus
  • Experience hiring internationally
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; excellent English
